Teamwork

Teamwork means being willing to work with other people to get something done.  When you are part of a team, you cooperate. You listen to other people’s ideas and you don’t always have to be the leader or always be right.  Most big jobs and a lot of small ones, require teamwork.  Being able to work as a team can make life easier and more fun.

Teamwork can also help you accomplish more. Teamwork is the spirit to care for others in your group, help them and support them on the path to achievement.
